Dear Sir/Madame,
I'm writing to you to complain about my disco CDs. I bought the CDs from your company five days ago
and I'm disappointed with them! There are two plroblems with my CDs.
First of all, when I was opening the CDs, I noticed a huge scratch on the one of CDs.Then I saw that they weren't disco CDs but
they were rap CDs.
Could you please send me new CDs, or could I have a refund? I'm sending my receipt with this letter.
