A letter of complain!

Dear Sir/Madame,
I'm writing to you to complain about my camera.
I bought the camera from your company a week ago,
but I'm sorry to say that I'm disappointed with it.
There are two problems with my camera.
First of all, the advertisement says that I'll never have any
problems. But the camera always get stuck. Next, as I was
opening the box, I noticed a big scratch on the screen
of the camera.
Could you please send me a new camera or
could I please have a refund????
I am sending my reicept with this letter.
