A letter of complain

Dear Sir/madam
I'm writing to you complain about my sony camera.I bought the camera for your company i week ago but .I'm sorry to say that i'm disappointed with it.There are 2 problems with my camera.
First of all ,the adverentisement says SONY camera . you sent me a camera with broken flash .Next,as i was turning on the camera ,inoticed a broken screen.I'cant take photos with that one.
Could you please send me a new camera with flash and screen or could i please have a refund?I'm sending my receipt with this letter.
